Introduction:

Relation of Manpower:

• Client can visit our training school and select the manpower required.
• We rotate the manpower every six months to avoid local bias.
• We never deploy local people within a radius of 100 km from base for security purpose.
• Risk analysis and fire safety audit on half yearly basis would be conducted by the agency.
• Our personnel are trained in firefighting and first aid through a recognized agency viz St. Johns ambulance services and guardian fire training institute.

Recruitment & Training Uniform policy for all categories like:

• Education : Minimum Matriculate.
• Height : 5'6” and above.
• Weight : Minimum 51 Kgs.

Security Services:

For smooth and effective operation of unit, we do:

• Day / Night inspection: Thrice a week by area officer – 12 times per month.
• Once in a fortnight by GM (Ops) 2 times per month.
• Once in a month by corp. head – 1 time per month.

Control Room and Communication:

• Our control room is 24/7 attentive towards our clients communication.
• We have an independent fax / e-mail line which takes care of document communication.
• Our clients have easy access to the executive concerned at any time day or night.
• Information received from the clients trickles down from managers to field officers for appropriate actions to be initiated.
• Any action should not exceed more than 60 to 90 minutes from the time of complaint being received in the control room.
• The control room acts as a bridge between our guarding force and the management.
